We take enormous pride in doing a great job and exceeding expectations. Here’s what
some of our previous clients have to say about working with us:
This Company is a breath of fresh air.
No 'sleazy' sales pitch, no 'couldn't care less' if the property hasn't sold within a certain timescale.
These Women are professional, diligent and knowledgeable, while still having the personal touch.
Amazing bunch and a pleasure to deal with.
Pennie, Claire and the team were brilliant. I had a little gem of a house — small, in a special location and very special to me — and they really understood that. Other agents just didn’t seem to grasp how to convey what made it special.Piccolo Property is the opposite of the larger agents where you can sometimes feel like just another number. Their service is genuinely personal and premium. They take the time to understand you, your home and what makes it different.Pennie’s video captured the character of my home beautifully and really helped potential buyers understand it before they arrived.Having also viewed houses with Pennie, I know she listens carefully to what buyers actually want and genuinely tries to match the right person with the right home.A genuinely caring, highly personal agency. I honestly think Piccolo Property is one of the best in the UK.
Pennie, Clare and Toni have been wonderful! Very thoughtful, caring and professional! Thank you!
Dealing with Pennie at Piccolo is by far the best agent experience we’ve ever had. In years of looking for, buying & selling our homes we have never had such a positive, warm and easeful experience. The quality of care, information & attention taken was evident from the moment we called. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Piccolo for any of their services, it’s clear they are passionate about and true experts in their field. And Pennie is an angel! Thank you 🙏🏼
We were lucky to get house we wanted and the staff at Piccolo were great, kept us informed of progress in both our sale and purchase.

Highly recommend. As both tenants and landlords over a period of seven years we have found Piccolo to be the most professional, honest and helpful agents imaginable. Five stars not enough.
Lou, Clare & the team are consummately professional, up to date with changes in the law & often helpful beyond the call of duty.
As a Landlord, Piccolo have managed our property for 10 years. Their service has been outstanding throughout - really first class in every way and particularly for providing timely advice. I would thoroughly recommend Piccolo to anyone considering becoming a Landlord on a fully managed basis without hesitation; top company.
Lou and the team at Piccolo have set a very high standard against which all future letting agencies shall be compared. Friendly, professional and incredibly organised it has been a pleasure dealing with them during my tenancy.
They made the whole application and check-in process as stress free as possible, promptly answering questions, and meeting me at the property and ensuring I had all sorts of information to help me settle into my new home. Any issues during the tenancy were dealt with efficiently.
Likewise, moving out was made simpler thanks to the information pack provided by Piccolo.
Highly recommended to anyone looking for an agency with that personal touch!
Absolutely brilliant. Wonderful, friendly staff with prompt and professional service. they found us a dream rental property, far beyond what we thought was available on the market. Couldn't be happier and have already recommended to friends and family. Thank you!
